Lincolnshire Police is appealing for information after a motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a car at the Holbeach Road roundabout outside Springfields in Spalding.
The incident happened at about 11am on Sunday, August 23. The car driver failed to stop after the collision, prompting officers to ask witnesses and motorists who may have recorded the incident to come forward.
What happened outside Springfields
Police said the crash involved a car and a black MV Agusta Brutale motorbike. The make, model and colour of the car were not known when the appeal was issued.
“It involved a car – make, model and colour unknown at this stage – and a black MV Agusta Brutale motorbike.”
The rider was described as a man in his 60s. He was taken to hospital after the collision, although his injuries were not thought to be life-threatening or life-altering.

The appeal was issued by Lincolnshire Police following the collision on the roundabout outside Springfields. Officers are seeking information that could help establish what happened and identify the car involved.

Anyone who saw the collision is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police. Officers are also appealing for dashcam footage from people who were travelling through the area at the time.
“As part of our investigation we are now asking anyone who saw the collision, or who has dashcam footage, to contact us.”
