Lincoln Arms A extended their lead in the Dewhursts Trophies Pinchbeck & District Summer League after taking advantage of Royal Mail Cart and Tigers Club not playing. The leaders won 15-12 away at Consti Club C in the latest round of fixtures.
Lincoln Arms A made the stronger start, moving 11-3 ahead after the opening singles. Consti Club C fought back with 2-1 wins for Jacob Herd, Jack Morton, Josh Faulkner and Jordan Philpott, but Lincoln captain John Charlton secured the overall victory by beating Paul Faulkner 2-1.
Paul Blow and Steve Stancer produced a 17-dart leg in the pairs for Lincoln. Philpott also recorded a 17-dart leg during his singles win for Consti Club C.
Green Dragon A win final-leg thriller
Green Dragon A claimed a narrow 14-13 victory at Services Club B in a match that went to the final singles.
Services’ Ady Smith took a 2-0 lead against Chris Newman, bringing the overall score to 13-13. Newman then won the deciding leg to give Green Dragon A the match.
Earlier in the contest, Kiaran Grove hit a 147 checkout in the pairs and landed a 15-dart leg with partner Callum Templeman. Sean Trafford also struck a 180 for Green Dragon.
Lincoln Arms D record Division B rout
Lincoln Arms D produced the biggest win reported, beating bottom side Drayman’s Arms Q 25-2 at home in Division B. The visitors’ only legs came from Tom Atkinson and Jason Chilvers in the pairs, along with Ian Philpots in the singles.
Second-placed Consti Club B remain 28 points behind Lincoln Arms D, although they have a game in hand. Consti Club B won 16-11 at Drayman’s Arms B, sealing the result with 3-0 victories in the final two singles from Conor Hughes and Dom Clarke. Phil Newton hit a 106 finish for Drayman’s Arms B.
Consti Club Z edged Pinchbeck FC A 14-13 at home. Adrian Browne, Mick Atkin, Paul Merrill and John Harris each recorded a 2-1 singles win in the final four games to settle the contest. Tracey Baldwin hit a 180 in her 2-1 victory over Callum Ward for Pinchbeck FC A.

Green Dragon Z beat Consti Club D 15-12 at home. Nick Collins won 2-1 and Dean Drage won 3-0 for the visitors, helping to keep the scoreline close.
Only one fixture was played in Division C. Green Dragon C defeated Consti Club A 16-11 at home, with Owen Morrell hitting a 118 checkout and Adam Rear producing an 18-dart leg for the winners.
The results leave Lincoln Arms A with an extended advantage after the leaders’ win, while the Division B contest continues with Consti Club B 28 points behind and holding a game in hand.
