Ayscoughfest returns to Spalding this Saturday, August 15, with a full day of free live music, family activities and community entertainment at Ayscoughfee Hall.
The festival’s main stage, beside the Bowling Green, will feature Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift tribute acts alongside local performers Mia French, Jordan Ravenhill, The Ripsaws and Groove Cartell.

Visitors seeking a quieter part of the event can head to the Chillout Zone in the Wilderness Garden. Local performers and choirs will appear there throughout the afternoon.
Families can use the Kids Zone on the South Lawn, where every activity is free. Attractions include Tooley’s Traditional Children’s Carousel, arts and crafts, face painting, cupcake and biscuit decorating, cheer and tumble workshops and boxing activities.
Ayscoughfee Hall Café will be open throughout the festival, and the children’s play area will remain open as usual. The event is alcohol free.
Community groups and practical information
Local charities and community organisations will also attend to raise awareness and support fundraising. They include Spalding Flower Parade, Spalding Lions Club, Tonic Health, Going Forward Social Club, Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance and representatives supporting Project St Thomas.
Visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic, blanket or camping chair so they can spend the day enjoying the festival. The event is free of charge, including the activities in the Kids Zone.
Coun Gary Taylor, South Holland District Council’s Portfolio Holder for Community Development, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Ayscoughfest back for 2026. “With live music, free children’s activities and something for all ages to enjoy, we’re looking forward to seeing residents and visitors making the most of this wonderful community celebration.”
Coun Henry Bingham, the council’s Portfolio Holder for Assets and Strategic Planning, said the festival was returning after last year’s event was a “huge success”. He added: “The event not only offers a fantastic day out for residents and visitors, but also encourages more people to experience and enjoy one of Spalding’s most historic locations.”
