Emerald Homes has been allowed to withdraw £685,000 in health and education contributions and provide no affordable housing for its 119-home development at Home Farm, Deeping St Nicholas. The developer will still build a village hall, while an independent assessor has recommended a clawback clause if the scheme becomes more viable.
